First, we will see the steps to change the text colour of a block.
Changing Text Colour of Block
Log in to your WordPress Admin and open the post where you want to change the colour.
Click on a block of which you want to change the colour. Then, go to the right sidebar of your screen and click Color settings to expand it.
WordPress will show you color options according to your theme. Choose the colour which you want.
If you have a specific colour in mind then, click on Custom color. This will open a colour picker and there you can manually click on a colour. You can also type a hex code in the box given below.
If you want to change colour and go back to default one then, simply click on Clear.
Let’s now see the steps to change the text colour of a specific word or phrase of a block.
Changing Colour of a Word or Phrase
First, log in to your WordPress Admin and open the post where you want to change the colour.
Select the word or phrase of which you want to change the colour of. Then, click on dropdown button marked with small downward arrow on the toolbar above the block.
Then, click on Text Color. It will show you colour options related to your theme. If you want to choose a colour of your choice then, click on Custom color. This will open a colour picker and there you can manually click on a colour. You can also type a hex code in the box given below.
If you want to change colour and go back to default one then, simply click on Clear.
