The first stanza says that we should not exhaust the reserves of coal.
The second stanza says that petroleum is best underground and that should not waste.

The fourth stanza says that we should explore wave power. The fifth stanza tells us to use solar light and that stuff for backup is only a stand-by option in case of a rainy day.
