Therefore, the title fits aptly.

Answer: Yes, Gabriel was an efficient tailor because he made a beautiful shawl with a piece of cloth that he bought from the market. When the shawl was not of much use then he converted it into an apron and then into socks that were useful. He made something or the other with his wonderful tailoring skills.
