Answer: The moon does not give out light of its own but reflects the light of the sun and hence is a non-luminous object.
(b) We should speak softly.
Answer: Too much noise disturbs us and is harmful. This is why we should learn to speak softly.
Question 11: Supriya studies at night. She once placed the lamp behind her. She realized that she could not read the book. Why could Supriya not read the book? What suggestion would you give her?
Answer: As the lamp was behind Supriya, she was blocking the path of the light and her shadow was being cast on the book. Hence, she was unable to read the book. Supriya should sit in such a position that the lamp would be in front of him or on his left or right side.

Answer: I don’t like loud music because it creates an unpleasant sound which really irritates.
