Answer: The mood and atmosphere in the third stanza is very different from the first and second stanzas because after the tiring bustle of the whole day activity and harshness of noon, evening is restful, calm and gentle.

Answer: The offering of the vendor is different in the third stanza because at the end of the tiring day, people have filled their stomach and quenched their thirst by what the vendors have sold. They are feeling more relaxed. Even flowers are being sold to enhance the romance in the lovers.
